• Download scraped content for personal or commercial use (subject to restrictions)

Our service is provided for lawful purposes only and subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 5.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per user; multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You must:

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payment Verification: Premium access is activated after blockchain confirmation of payment
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Commercial purposes, provided you have the right to use the scraped content

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to:

• Violate Website Terms: Scrape websites that explicitly prohibit scraping in their Terms of Service or robots.txt file
• Bypass Authentication: Scrape content behind login walls, paywalls, or access controls without authorization
• Infringe Intellectual Property: Use scraped content in violation of copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Collect Personal Data: Scrape personally identifiable information (PII) without consent, in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws
• Automated Abuse: Use bots, automated systems, or high-frequency requests that harm target websites or our infrastructure
• Resell Scraped Data: Commercially distribute or resell scraped content without proper authorization
• Malicious Activity: Use our service for phishing, malware distribution, hacking, or any illegal activity
• Circumvent Rate Limits: Create multiple accounts or use technical measures to evade usage restrictions
• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our platform or APIs

5.3 User Responsibility

YOU are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scraped content complies with:

• Target website's Terms of Service and robots.txt directives
• Applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Any licensing requirements for scraped content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Platform

All rights, title, and interest in our service, including software, algorithms, APIs, trademarks, and user interface, are owned exclusively by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Scraped Content

We do NOT claim ownership of content you scrape using our service. However, scraped content remains subject to the original copyright holder's rights. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and licenses for your use of scraped content.

6.3 DMCA Compliance

• A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• We are NOT responsible for your use of scraped content or violations of third-party terms

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of scraped content
• Your infringement of third-party rights

10. Dispute Resolution
